Based in the Washington Metro area r:u was created by three talented young designers who are committed to sourcing environmentally sustainable products along with supporting local Washington area businesses.

All three design partners have had formal education in interior design along with environmental technologies and sustainable construction methods. We currently have one LEED AP on staff and two others that are studying to become LEED GAs.
