FPG is the financial advisor for HUD's affordable multifamily housing green programs. In that capacity, we helped design and implement the Mark to Market Green Initiative and the Green Retrofit Program. We drafted the scope of work for the physical inspection, energy audit, and integrated pest management inspection, and we review those completed reports and advise HUD on recommended green retrofit improvements.
