Neal A. Pann, Architect was founded in 2009 and specializes in custom homes and remodels with quality and budget conscious design. I have also designed and constructed my own house, which provided invaluable experience to share with clients. I am LEED AP accredited and a member of the USGBC and Build it Green. I have been licensed to practice architecture in California since 1996 and focused on green and sustainable architectural services for custom & production homes, kitchen & bath remodels and room additions.
