Everyday Green's staff of certified HERS, BPI and LEED Homes green raters will help you make informed decisions for new home construction and renovation projects. We offer ENERGY STAR, LEED Homes, National Green Building Standard, Indoor airPLUS and Builder's Challenge certification services. Using proven green building strategies, we’ll create a personalized plan for an energy efficient home with reduced water use, next generation green products, and improved indoor air quality and comfort.
Experience
Everyday Green is working with builders, architects and homeowners on projects large and small throughout the metro DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia and central PA regions. From gut rehabs and custom homes to large multi-family and townhome developments we've worked on a wide range of new and existing home projects. We have over 30 LEED Homes completed or in process including many multi-home developments with over 100 units in the LEED pipeline. We are working with commercial clients on testing and energy efficiency consulting to improve the building shell, overall performance and comfort of their buildings.
