Services
We have experience in LEED for Homes new construction as well as gut rehab projects. As a general contractor, we are able to work with architects and clients to follow a project through to LEED certification. We also have professionals on staff that have experience with commercial LEED projects.
Experience
We built the first two LEED for Homes Certified homes in Alexandria, VA. We are currently working with clients on using the LEED for Homes guildeines for gut rehab projects as well. We are part of a design/build team for a commercial LEED building in Leesburg, VA. We have also worked on several public schools projects for the City of Alexandria that require us to follow LEED guidelines.
