Services
We provide Architectural and Interior Design services for anyone interested in an eco-friendly home. Whether a remodel, addition, or new home, we love working with clients to create the perfect abode.
We are passionate about healthy, efficient homes, but also recognize that good design is critical. Who wants a green house that they don't look forward to arriving home to?
Experience
Here at 2 Point, we have worked on numerous green-inspired projects with many of them pursuing LEED certification or Chicago Green Home certification. We are currently working on a LEED for Homes single family residence, a LEED for Homes 2 flat renovation, and a remodel using the REGREEN standards.
Many clients enjoy the one-stop-shopping for architectural and interior design services.
Qualifications
We have three LEED accredited professionals on staff, and co-founder Lisa Elkins is also REGREEN certified.
In addition, we teach LEED classes to help spread the green word!
Founders Lisa and Ron Elkins have been passionate about green homes since their days of practicing architecture in San Francisco.
After relocating to Chicago, they wanted to live what they preached, and have spent the last 5 years making significant green upgrades to their 1883 row house.
