Sustainability consulting for new construction, remodeling, homes and small businesses. We specialize in energy and natural resources conservation and creating healthier environments in homes and small businesses.

Consulted in a number of other facilities from homes to schools. Have put symposiums for public education on Leadership in Energy and Enviromental Design certification and outstanding qualities in LEED certified facilities that lead to the first LEED library in Nebraska. With passage of a 2010 school bond for Gering, NE, the first LEED elementary school in the state to be built. High performance buildings do not cost, they save operational expenses every day. Consulting for homes, whether remodeling or new construction.

After I became a LEED Accredited Professional through USGBC testing in early 2009, GPSC became a member of the USGBC. I have been involved in construction and remodeling since the early 1980's. The past several years have put on public education symposiums to expose the attributes and benefits of LEED certification.

GPSC mission is to help create affordable buildings with a reduced carbon footprint, near net-zero energy requirement as possible that incorporate sun energy and minimal natural resource consumption. Being a LEED-AP has greatly expended my understanding of the importance of incorporating natural energy sources and efficient use of natural resouces, while providing the most healthy indoor invironments as possible. High performance buildings do not cost more to build, they are built different than conventional building and generally out performs non-certified construction methods, thereby providing building owners reduced operational costs every day.
