M. Landman has consulted on dozens of building projects -- residential, commercial, and institutional projects -- including a number of LEED Gold certified buildings.
Miriam Landman is an environmental advisor, writer, editor, and educator. She provides practical guidance on green building, green living, green communities, and overall sustainability. Miriam founded M. Landman Communications & Consulting in 2005. She also publishes TheGreenSpotlight.com weblog. Miriam has been writing and working in the environmental field for more than twenty years, and has been involved in the green building field for more than a decade.
Her green building work facilitates the use of healthy, efficient, and sustainable practices in the planning, design, construction, renovation/remodeling, operation, and maintenance of homes, buildings, developments, and communities. She also helps people incorporate green practices into their daily lives. Her services include consultations, presentations, and the development of written materials and online resources.
Consultations can be conducted by email, phone, or in person (for clients within the San Francisco Bay Area). The first 30 minutes of an introductory consultation are free of charge.
