Qualifications
Wynne Yelland and Paul Neseth have practiced green design since the birth of Locus in 1995. Wynne is a LEED-AP.
Locus Architecture is Building the Art of Sustainability. The practice of architecture suggests a blend of art and technique. Good architecture embodies both.
We designed and built our first home intending to build a structure capable of lasting more than 100 years, using reclaimed and salvaged products - some already over 100 years old - as the largest input. Since then, we've completed dozens of homes with the same sensibility.
