Is there a way to reduce humidity even when cooling is not needed?

In southcentral PA, we have many times where the temperature's not above 78 degrees, but the HUMIDITY!...Sometimes we bump the thermostat down a few degrees, but wish we could just dehumidify...

There are a handful of companies which manufacture whole house dehumidifiers. Here are a few of those companies:

  • Honeywell
  • Aprilaire
  • Santa Fe

These systems can easily be added to your existing forced air heating and cooling system. Contact a local heating and cooling company to assess your existing system and recommend the correct size dehumidifier.
