What is the best solution for putting in a full bath in a full basement? I would like shower, toilet and vanity.

Post Falls, ID

We have a rancher in North Idaho with a full basement and would like to add a full bath down there. I would like shower, toilet and vanity sink. All the plumbing is in the ceiling of the future bathroom and very easily accessible. What are the best products to use for this and do I need a floor drain?

Erik, while opening up the floor to allow for positive gravity flow is a good approach, it sounds like that may not be possible.

An alternative would be to use a product such as 'Saniflo' to allow all the fixtures to be installed above the floor.

Good luck with your project.
