What can I encase my memory foam mattress in to create a barrier to its toxins?

Just got a new memory foam mattress and find the toxic smell awful and I'm concerned about the toxic effects on me, family members, pets and the environment.

Please consult the manufacturer of the product and review what its made from. (This is key to the smell issues.)

Making the wrong recommendation could cause other factors which may not be clear as a true fix. I purchased one (i-comfort) and it lost its smell after a week! We did our research before purchasing ours and they guaranteed it would go away within a week or less.

Please discuss this with the location or manufacturer you purchased the bed from.
