What are the most economical low VOC flooring options, to be installed over concrete in an 850 sq.ft. newly built condo?

If you could also consider DIY snap in flooring and I could do the labour myself ?

Dear Matt,

Click flooring would be an excellent solution.

  • I would recommend going to Livingreen in Culver City to see what options they have in stock.
  • I would also recommend enjoying the beauty of the natural concrete itself, staining it, grinding it or both.
  • Grinding concrete really brings out its beauty.

That being said, none of these, except the natural or stained concrete, are particularly cheap.

Throw rugs are cheap. They are better than carpet, which gets dirty and you can't take it outside and shake it.
