We're building a full ICF home in MA -- will using NUDURA ceiling panels really add that much to our R value?

This is a costly add-on and we are not sure that it will buy us that much as far as energy savings.

I need a bit more information to accurately answer your question, but if you're referring to having an ICF roof, the answer is yes. It would increase energy optimization, tightness, and strength and add value to your home. If you're talking about ICF floor systems, it would add value, acoustics, strength, but not much R, as it would be inside the envelope.
