We can't seem to get an even heat with our baseboard hot water heat. Our heat bill has jumped, I don't know what else to try.
We had it serviced it is only 9 yrs old any suggestions

You say you had your boiler serviced, but did they clean the heat exchanger?
It sounds like the boiler's heat exchanger is plugged up with calcium carbonate and should be cleaned by pumping a strong vinegar solution through it. This is the same as cleaning a coffee maker.
