We are looking to replace our current water softener and drinking-water filtration system. Do you have any suggestions?

Use a monthly service company like Culligan. You will save the cost of the system and the salt will be brought to your home each month. Also, if the system breaks, it is not your problem.

I like the reverse osmosis systems for drinking water.
