Question

Recommendation for flooring material to use in a basement that looks like wood but is 100% waterproof.

I'm being told that using allure ultra ( a vinyl product) may cause emissions that are harmful to my health. Any guidance is appreciated.

There are a few really nice looking porcelain tile floors which resemble a wood plank floor.

  • Most of these are for commercial use and may not be available at your local DIY center.
  • Visit a local flooring store which caters to commercial clients as well as residential clients.
