I'm not sure what is meant by value. The square footage is approx. 340 sq. ft.. The Ultra Allure would cost approximately $3,000 for materials and labor. I imagine the engineered oak or ash plank would cost about the same. The 3/4" hardwood would be perhaps $4,000.

Forbo Marmoleum or the new Armstrong eco-linileum products would be good options. Wood isn't great for water resistance and vinyl isn't great for off basing in most cases. I have used marmoleum often and always had excellent results with durability, non-toxicity and wear. Be sure the glue used is also nontoxic.
