Looking for a low-cost solution to add security to dimly lit spaces. Can you help?
Each floor of my apartment complex has a deck light. Are there timers that control multiple junction boxes so lights come on only at night? Don't want the Home Depot aesthetic of motion-sensing floodlights.

You can use a low-voltage system designed more for landscape lighting that will allow you to have a dusk-to-dawn lighting system with multiple lights.
The dusk-to-dawn sensor is located on the transformer box to run the low-voltage lights, not on the fixture. There are many options that are available at any of the big box stores. Most will plug into a regular 110 outlet in your home.
