Is there anything I can do to stop impact noise I hear from the condominum next door?

The condo next to me has three children who run and jump constantly. I can feel the vibration of the running and jumping and also hear the boom-boom-boom. We share a common subfloor but not joists. Is there anything we can do to lessen this structural/impact noise?

Unfortunately in the condominium bylaws, you will find a list of improvements which can and cannot be performed. In all cases, any items which are considered structural, such as wall, floors, ceiling and roof framing cannot be altered. Your best and only alternative you have would be to talk to your neighbor and let them know the situation and hope that they will be receptive to altering the behavior of their children. Best of luck.
