Question
Is there a new "green" foam/insulation that I could possibly make a surfboard out of?
I love to surf and be one with nature, but all of the surfboards except expensive wood boards are made out of very dangerous products. I was just thinking with all the new green building products there might be a product that could cross over. Surfers should be the greenest people on the planet.

Also there is this company that makes blanks out of recycled foam from other board makers.
There are also some east coast companies, but I would try these first. Good luck.
