Is there a safe nonstick cookware that you would recommend?
I was told Cuisinart Greenware is non toxic, but wondered what your opinion is or if you have one you would recommend. Thanks Sandy

My wife and I love cooking and we have a standing annual challenge to cook 100 new recipes each year!
We've found that non-stick surfaces wear off and get into our food, so we switched to stainless steel cookware. We find clean-up to be about the same - with nothing 'extra' in the dish.
