I'm in Chile and I want to build my home using compressed earth block. Where can I buy the machine to do it?

Here the soil is mostly clay, but nobody sells the machine. I sent a mail to Terrabuilt and they said no to Chile. Do you know a place where they can send the machine to Chile?
