I would like to insulate my home from the inside. I am wondering if putting up beadboard could help insulate.

Or is there another product I should use?  My home was built in the 1950's and doesn't have any insulation. The siding is aluminum. Thanks

Unfortunately, adding beadboard or any other similar product on the interior of your wall will do little good.

I would recommend dense packed cellulose to be blown into your walls.
