I want to install solar panels on my house. The total area would be 1700 sq ft (max) including a one-car garage. How much would it cost to install?

My advice to you is to contact a certified solar installer and have him or her come out (for free) and evaluate your home for its solar potential.

  • The installer will be able to advise you on the type of system that would be best for your specific situation; and
  • give you a good estimate as to cost.
