I need a durable flooring for my kitchen. We have two large dogs. What would be the most durable?

Our kitchen floor is far from level, so I don't think tile is an option.

An excellent flooring to consider is Forbo Marmoleum tile or "Click." Amazing stuff. Beautiful, sustainable and healthy. It boasts inherent anti-bacterial properties and static resistance. My first choice.
