I am trying to decide which manufacturer offers the safest engineered wood floor to put throughout my home.

I am concerned with the adhesives and other compounds that make up the engineered part of the wood floor. I am also concerned with Shaws epic wood floors and what they are comprised of.

I would recommend you look at Baltic engineered wood floors. They are both FSC certified for sustainably harvested wood and Green Guard certified for low emissions from offgassing.

In any case, look for Green Guard certified products. Their website also has a listing of products I believe.
