Given that my wife is pregnant how long should we wait for new hardwood floors to offgas?

We renovated and put in Stained Red Oak hardwood floors.  The house is in N. California so we can keep the windows open often. Our wall paints are No VOC
The Stain isn't low VOC but the clear coats are no VOC.

I'd wait until you can't smell anything from 6" away from the surface.

Also, think about blowing a HEPA filter through the space for a few days, or at least blowing fans across the surfaces and out the windows.

LEED used to require a blowout period of one week.
