Does a central vacuum give green points?

I would like to know if central vacuum as a green LEED at home or at the office.

Under the guidelines for LEED for Homes, you can achieve 2 points for the installation of a central vacuum system or walkoff matt or shoe storage.

Regarding an office, there are no provsions for points list under the commercial interiors. There is a chance that a point could be possible if the installation of the central vacuum system could be classified as an inovative solution for indoor air quality.
