Can you tell me who sells a 36" by 80" full glass door with low e and argon? Lowe's and Home Depot don't carry this.
they only carry low e
You're going to have to go to a dedicated glass shop to get what you want.
Low e with argon is a good choice but the big box stores won't stock it and don't like to order it. The extra price is not large and the energy savings last for the life of the glass.
- If you have wood windows and doors with a clear finish, consider going to a clad wood door like Marvin or Pella.
- If you plan on painting the door, consider fiberglass.
- Fiberglass is more expensive than wood but is stable, much better insulated, and will never rot.
Once you've settled on which door you want, check with at least two glass companies to compare door prices. In your area, I suggest Ace Glass, Columbia Glass, or Columbia Glass, all in Columbia.
