Can you help me find nontoxic shades for my baby's room?

I'm researching shades right now for my baby's room. I want something that is green, nontoxic, allergen-free, energy efficient and actually blocks out sun. Does such a thing actually exist? It seems that honeycomb shades are great for energy efficiency, but I've heard of mildew on these shades during the winter.
