Can I LEED certify my home renovation?

Do I really need to expose the insulation on all of the perimeter walls?

It is possible to get a renovation certified by LEED - as for expose the insulation, it truly depends on what you are doing. Your best option is to find a LEED rater or provider (that you plan on using) to look over everything & see if your renovation will meet the specs & if not what else maybe required if you still wish to pursue it. Even if for some reason you choose not to pursue LEED, the rater can still help you plan a more efficient, healthy & comfortable home
