Alternatively, you could have on made by a local cabinet maker. Find the receptacles (bins) that meet your needs and have the cabinet maker build a base cabinet on locking casters with a spring loaded lid.

Two things you may want to consider with respect to the size of the receptacles are:

1. the larger the receptacle the more challenging it is to lift out when it is full and
2. the larger the receptacle the more days between emptying which for the trash side can become an odor issue.
